What from I understand, the high voltage won't kill or leave a scar on a person because the current supply from the battery is low.

I doubt 10-50KV will be enough.

The highest voltage for stun gun so far in the market is 500kV and it's using four 9V batterries, and it's still legal in USA.

Ever think of pepper spray, small and easy to carry around. :lol:
