Traffic jams are one of the worst nightmares for a driver to be stuck in, which the streets of New York hold one of the worst as it is among the five cities in the States with the worst rush hour traffic congestion. While the authorities could not do much on the endless sea of cars clogging up the roads, they could do something to those that park illegally on the roadsides. However, some drivers are just not willing to cooperate with the law enforcers which force them to take out their wild side.

Ferrari 458 Spider Runs Over Cop - YouTube

This footage takes us to New York City, where youtuber Damrys7 was walking around Soho and saw a Ferrari 458 Spider parked at the side of the road accompanied by a cop who was writing a ticket for it; presumably for parking at a no-park zone. As he starts to record the situation, the owner walks into the Ferrari and attempted to drive away as he refuses to accept the ticket, explained by Damrys7 that the ticket was unnecessary since the Ferrari was parked in a hotel’s valet zone.

<a href="http://www.zerotohundred.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/458cop_2.jpg"><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-35210" src="http://www.zerotohundred.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/458cop_2.jpg" alt="" width="600" height="338" /></a>

But the cop kept on writing the ticket and as for the driver, being determined that his parked Ferrari did nothing wrong, continued to drive forward. To prevent the driver from escaping, the cop had positioned himself very near to the Ferrari, which what was going to happen in the next few seconds suggests that he had put his foot in front of the left front tire. As the Ferrari moved for a few more inches ahead, the cop suddenly slams the window of the Ferrari and proceeded to open the driver’s door. And almost like a scene of a Hollywood movie, the cop forcefully pulled the driver out of the car and throwing him on the ground with the help of one of his colleagues, which he was cuffed and arrested shortly after.

While at a glance this might be just a straight forward case, there are a lot of chatter suggesting otherwise. Firstly, it is the valet parking zone. While from the video, we might not be able to tell whether this is true or not; but if it is, why did the cop gave out the ticket anyways? Some said the ticket was not for the parking violation, but for failing to display proper registration as there were none visible at the front bumper of the Ferrari. Then, did the cop’s foot really get run over? Again, there are accounts stating otherwise, but the video did not provide an angle to prove what had really happened.

Anyways, this must have been the most shameful moment for the driver not only for the dramatic arrest, but also for being recorded in full HD with a youtuber armed with a Canon 7D.

TBH, cant really blame the cops. Over there, there are so many rich people. However and unfortunately the rich men here are generally very powerful men with either direct access or great influence in the system.

I don't see how he manage to pull his foot out from the wheel if the wheel really did ran over his foot. From the look of it, if really did
go over his foot, from where he is standing, should be stuck there...

The police there dare to arrest rich people, but I have seen lot of videos of them act violently as well...can be real brutal if they
want to...well still better than our country for whacking people in yellow...hired part timer gangsters as imposters...

Then again, hard to tell from the video alone if it is a valet parking but indeed there is no number plate in front?

Still, the act from the police limping, seems to remind me the ones in our BolehLand

imho, the ferrari driver was an ass. he well knew he did wrong, parking in a no parking zone, y would he get mad n go straight into his a car without having a few words with the cop.. that is just pure arrogance.. just because ure driving a 458?

he could have at least have the courtesy of talking to the officer and be nice or something, who knows, he might let u off the hook that time rather than what he did.

I think both is at fault here... The ferrari guy is wrong for being a rich brat and the police was wrong for play acting...

But I think the person who recorded this said that it was a valet parking spot. So why did the cop have to find fault there?
Maybe if the ferrari driver did that in Malaysia he might get away scot free. Just look at our 'royalties' and 'royalties wannabe'... They can get away with anything.

I didnt see the driver did anything to provoke this type of police brutality...

The policeman kept quite, so the driver start his car only, and probably moved an inch..

The itchy policeman puposely put his leg in front of the Ferarri tyre...

He also uttered 4 letter word...and bashed his car window...

Correct me if Im wrong...

I think the policeman is just too much...

You can see the driver was manhandled like a criminal...

Wont be surprised if a lawsuit against the police department follows after that...

Hi bros, What do you suggest for a set of BBK for suzuki swift using 16" with offset of +38? There are those plug and play 4 pots and mini 6 pots but cost quite expensive. Anyone can share what other alternatives can be use to mod to fix to Swift? currently i have R32 4 pots but not easy to mod as the caliper's bracket interference with the stock swift caliper bracket mounting. Please help bros!! Thank you..:adore::adore::adore:
