i see the morning program and afternoon one are almost the same...so i'm guessing we just go for the afternoon one...but how come the locations are different? genting and shah alam?

Time: 11 a.m. – 1.30 p.m (Presentation)
2 p.m. – 6.00 p.m. (AutoKhana)

EXPECTED TURN-UP:
1. Cars: 100+; Participating clubs: RX 8 Club, My Mazda Club, RE Club Malaysia
2. Participants: 150 - 200 members
3. Partners: Goodyear Malaysia, Bermaz Motor, LG Electronics

10:00 – 10:45 Arrival & Setup for exhibitors (F&B is served)

10:00 – 10:30 Arrival of clubs, Parking allocation & group photo shoot / Autokhana Registration (all sponsors’ stickers given to participants)

10:30 – 11:00 Rendezvous Registration (doorgifts to be given out at booths when club members visit)

11:00 Rendezvous Start / Emcee Welcome Speech (F&B is served to members)

11:05 Club Presidents short speech (5 min each)

11:20 Bermaz Presentation (10 min)

11:30 – 11:40 Goodyear Presentation (10 min)

11:40 – 12:00 LG Presentation (10 mins)

12:05 – 12:30 Lucky Draw

12:45 Adjourned / Proceed to Goodyear Autokhana by Sync Optima

18:00 Autokhana Adjourned

Since Joe is unsure if he will be able to change his flight he has asked me to meet all of you at the Shell Station just before the Genting toll. It is the one with the McDonald's.
