i wouldnt be so concern of doing 180km/hr. I would be more concern of stopping from 180km/hr, using a stock car.
Once the brakes overheats wonder can stop or not.....:hmmmm::biggrin:

how often you will reach 180? How important it is? I have 280whp on my hands daily and hardly reached 140 km/h especially when commuting my family. 180 km/h, one mistake and :banghead::banghead::banghead:, you will also affect other innocent road users that involved with your crash.

180 km/h, single pot caliper front and rear.. ermmm ermm ermmmmm.. :dontknow::stickyman::saint:
Exactly, with passenger I too within speed limit. Even alone is more of acceleration play then top speed. Anyway, where got road to hit 180kph nowadays. Almost all road have heavy traffic...:banghead:

Go highway.

But then, I agree with you that acceleration matters more than top speed. A short burst of speed during acceleration has lower risk than going for top speed because top speed needs long time and distance to test it out.

Not if you are in a turbo. I achieve speed cut in my VR last time when I tested when quite new time. Took a matter of seconds only from 110 to 180....

6k rpm slightly higher than redlining and I was already at that speed. I'm surprised how easily it is to hit that kind of speed in a CVT with a 2.0L. I love the gear ratios or whatever you call it.

I now very semangat to drag with a certain Altis/Kelisa

Fearsome acceleration... If your VR is that fast, then those lighter Wira, Satria or Putra with Evo 3 4G63T will be even faster.

Thread asking about whether can Neo CPS auto achieve 185kmh. However, VR2's more than 20 years old VR had made Neo CPS looked slow because it can hit 180kmh in a matter of seconds from 110kmh.
