195/55R15 very common size. You want RE-003 only
read that PS3 has alot of raved review n i believe its no doubt a good choice. RE-003 first choice, im also keen to look into brands like Hankook V12 and Maxxis Victra. 205/50R15 is still under consideration, don think gonna be practical driving in town

Tires get better as new designs get introduced. Don't bother with the Hankook V12 already, its replacement has already been introduced.

RE003 is no brainer for the price really. Unless you travel high speeds on north south highway, then maybe worthwhile going for the PS3 for stability in the wet.

I'm currently using PS3. I bought it before RE003 came out and my god I felt like whaaaaaaaa why RE003 can be so darn cheaaappp? I have heard of many good reviews on RE003 now, at least when it is new.

To me PS3 is quite great. It lives up to its name of a great all-rounder tyre for no brainer. It is comfy and quiet too. In dry it is considered good and grippy. Although it is not as responsive as my previous set of tyre, it gives me confidence, comfort, and sometimes, a little unpredictable fun. I was able to cruise at my usual speed using my old set of tyre at old karak road on PS3 so that's considered quite good to me. In wet, I've not encountered any aquaplaning before. Once I gone through a puddle of water at 70kmh and no aquaplaning. Didn't dare to try any faster though

Despite that, I am still eager to try RE003. It is supposed to have better dry grip and hell a lot cheaper. Im gonna get it next! So any taker for second hand PS3 with 95% thread?

For 195/55R15, the UHP tyre model are PS3, RE-003, GY F1-D5 and Hankook V12Evo2. Conti CSC range GY Asy2 etc., don't have in 15".
F1-D5 is expensive, next is PS3 at around RM250 also. The other 2 are closer to RM200. For the price V12Evo2 and RE-003 likely are better choices unless you have budget for PS3 then go ahead with it....:driver:
