Brake making noise

If i brake as usual no prob
if i do a high speed run and then brake let say for tol
the brakes go kong kong kong kong
its a twinpot evo brake on wira
no ABS fixed , brake pads are EBC 90
skimmed disk , still got sound , change bearing also sound.
What do you think could the sound be..
one of my friend mentioned that the disk or pad is getting heated up ...

The kong kong kong sound can be that ur brake discs already bengkok.. U may have just skimmed it but still it can happen.. How long have u skimmed? When the sound starts to come back? One more thing.. Do u feel any vibration when braking? It's hard to tell la.. U said u use EBC pads then i don't think it cud heat up that easily..

So my dad was driving in Batu Gajah town and some idiot decided to side-swipe my dad's SUV and left some damage marks on the car. It was painful to see such the paint on the vehicle being damaged by a passer by idiot and not even stopped by to apologize.
