4G93T engine with 4AGZE Piston Need Advice

Dear All ZTHians,

Need to ask something, yesterday I heard from a friend that his foreman change his 4G93T engine piston to 4AGZE Piston coz the foreman said change to shorter stroke can boost more woh.. is it correct?

As I knoe 4G93 bore and Stroke is 81 x 89 and 4AGZE is 81 x 77.7, like this his 4G93T engine cc will be drop back to 1.6 right or it will be increase? is it the best way is to load CA18T piston?

thanks for the reply but will the cc will be drop if use 4AGZE piston?:confused::confused:
coz of the shorter stroke on 4G93 block...
hope that some taiko can let me knoe here...thanks...

the crank will effect the stroke. look at the swing, thats the stroke.
4agze pistons are forged piston, a safety measure for high boost.
considering your rods are the same, i am not sure the deck volume of the pistons as it relates to the compression ratio.

Coz the foreman got 1 set of HKS titanium supercharged piston with rod at his garrage that he will fit it into the 4G93T, just wondering the cc only..

4ag rods is about 123mm in length, and the 4g9 is about 132 mm (not sure). if he fits the 4ag rods into 4g93, he will significantly lower the compression ratio as there is more clearance volume... plus the hks pistons..can boost gila gila
