Normally to save cost, spray same color, so just spray outside good enough. But if change color best to spray inside also....
Last time when I cement my mivec bonet. I juz ask the boss if spray the whole car the same colour how much.
He say Around 2k need around 2week time

you better take out the player/hu and check to see if you have a short somewhere. EIther you have a grounding issue or your HU is going to rosak soon
Yup, possible.
Best way is to solder all wire join then use heat shrink but most shop just twist join then use black tape. Few years down the road the joint can becomes loose, so does the wiring tape (esp those cheapo tape).

If can be trusted to do a good job, longer is better. This is for the putty to dry hard, if not you may get settling problem, meaning if they do it fast, later when putty dry it shrinks or settle then can see sandpaper marks. Another will be the clear coat they use, that is why prices can defer a lot. I heard from a friend some used car people spray only around RM1k, exterior only fast job, can guarantee later only will get settling problem......lol

yeah... also the sanding part also important... doing fast and not totally dry will has issue with bubble later.

1K... they probably you the cheapest paint in town which cost RM30 / can. Only need 6 cans for a sedan car.

Wira update

My car suddenly have an issue.
When I step on the pedal going to around 3k rpm my player will juz restart it self. Anybody know what is causing this?
Had check the fuse all ok no burn one.
While idling when rev to high rpm the player will also restart it self.
My hyundai almost same problem, but the HU switch off is due to hard bump, then will come back on in a while. Could be loose wire or HU internal got problem.......lol

I think really is my player got problem. Will ask my friend lend me a player slot in and check is it really my player rosak or wire issue

Sound too good to be true. My wira paint shop rm2.7k.
That 1.2k is normal price in Melaka too. Not sure what process involved, maybe just like what minibeany said. Once of my colleague just painted his wira around that price too. Looks ok to me but not sure how long will last.

Not to long ago +-RM800 is the price for 'used car paint job'. This will last about 1-2 years.

Rm1.2k you can think the quality of the paint....primer....all cheap one so.....sure the whole price will be cheap.
How long can it last that is the question.
Depend on how ur car exposure to nature.
I got old sentra which paint cost 1k, fast job 6 day. Everyday expose to rain, sun and sugar dust. 2 yrs can see paint pop and crack.
Car not park under roof too , no garage queen.

When painting your car, watch out for the seam gaps. The paintshop guys might just gosok, and paint over the seams, causing water to seep through the damaged sealers. If you notice water getting in your car cabin or trunk, that's the best time to pinpoint it and fix it before painting.

I am just wondering abt paint quantity requirement for my waja...how many liters of clear coat will it need?
Thinking of painting it with a fresh coat of silver and sealing it with glasurit clear coat.
Most area are still good...only the C-pillar,boot and roof edges are showing its age by turning into Nardo Grey-like silver..hahaha.

Wire update

After my car had done top overhaul for 4month the car is running good.

But sometimes when I open my hood and do some cleaning, I saw some dry oil around the oil cap. Not sure is the oil cap is worn out of other thing...

My colleague told me that the piston ring might worn out bla bla bla something like that causing the oil leak out from the oil cap.

I will buy a new oil cap and see does the problem still come out or not.

I have been teaching some wira owner on the oil cap. Is probably the rubber gasket is old or worn. What you can do is centralized the cap then reverse lock a bit, if helps to tighten it a bit more. Try it, so far mine on the VR is ok, so are a few wira owners who did it.....

Hi, I am a newbie to cars so hope can have some kindful advice from u pros :) recently my car's aircond is having problem, it works fine for the first 1hr if I just adjust the temperature bar to the first bar (1st = cold 5th = coldest) but after that the blower still very strong just the air is not cold anymore and the engine noise is very high like going to explode unless i turn the A/C off.

And if I adjust the temp. bar to 5th bar (the coldest) the problem will appear for just after...
