Is there is any different between these 2 other than the Pcd ?

Any difference on rotor,caliper & pad size . etc ?

rotor bigger, caliper bigger, pad bigger, offset different. PNP but need to tweak the handbrake

what car you're trying to upgrade? for both is better to upgrade the pump servo to double layer which is used in GTi and Evo3. IF you're currently you're using single layer

Yah, for my VR also, during engine swap, I transferred the double layer servo and bigger front disc and twin piston caliper over. Rears left original.....
