The Audi S1 is not really what you would call slow, especially with a turbocharged 2.0-liter four cylinder engine that pushes out 231-horsepower and 273 lb-ft of torque. But obviously that is not enough in the eyes of the tuner ABT, so this cute little hatchback has received a blessing of more power and a meaner appearance.
This pocket rocket now has 306-horsepower to gallop with, thanks to the ABT engineers that also managed to raise the torque level to 324 lb-ft. And to put into perspective, this S1 ABT now has more power than the S3 that rolls out from the factory with 295-horsepower.
The package includes 18-inch gunmetal wheels wrapped in 225/50 R18 rubber, and the car has also been lowered by 30mm at the front and rear axles. The interior has been lightly touched, receiving only floor mats and an ABT integrated entrance light.
As for the time being, ABT did not release any figures for the S1 ABT, but estimation puts this 306-horsepower S1 to sprint from zerotohundred in less than 5.5 seconds and could reach a top speed of more than 250km/h without a limiter.
