Bavarian tuner, Loder1899, has outfitted a Range Rover Evoque diesel with a little more muscle!
If you’ve seen the movie ‘Stargate’ (1994), then you’d probably remember having seen a few men donning an intricate looking hi-tech mask that resembled either a dog (Anubis) or a bird.
The one that depicts the head of a bird (actually it’s a Falcon), resembles one of the oldest Egyptian deities known as Horus, which its name has been given to this particularLodder1899 creation.
Though we’ve got difficulties trying to claw out any bird-like resemblances that it’s supposed to have, perhaps you can establish the link between the two?
Loder1899 has outfitted this particular Evoque with a completely new bumper that’s got integrated flared fenders and a very much more aggressive rear diffuser.
Of course, with anything gone wider, it is usually complimented by a lowered suspension and outfitted with an overly large 23″ x 11″ Elements IV rims, thinly wrapped by 315/35 Michelin Pilot Sport tyres.
Loder1899 created the Range Rover Evoque Horus around the Evoque SD4, which features 2.2L turbo diesel engine that produces a stock 188bhp and 420Nm of torque. But, not to worry, Loder1899 has a tuning package that gives it an extra 25bhp and 80Nm of torque, which lands it at a final 215bhp and 500Nm of torque at 5,000rpm.
This allows the Horus to accelerate from zerothundred in 8.2 seconds (0.3 seconds faster than stock) and tops out at 210kmh.
