alwinnng, probably because it was a converted model of earlier gen ( 90-01 ) rather than the original second gen. ( 02-05 )

The later version are extremely rare. So, many of the people who able to grab the first gen are going for full conversion work (Usually exterior bodywork) & that probably explaining the price given.

The prices was nice enough for a person that wanted to own a 02+ model but lack of fund to have the "real one".( Usually it would go up for RM400k mark for one....Got one 04' in white with 4AT shiftmatic around Damansara area before as well, & sold as second hand unit but dont know who is the buyer now....That was like 2-3 years back )

MT or Type R/S/S-Zero would fetch even higher prices....But thats is among the rarest among all the type of NSX ever.....( With even more rare are the R-GT for JGTC homoglation, which so far, only Spoon have claimed to own the legit one, with their own turbo kit for R-GT )

Kah Motor brought one unit 1st model in, priced it at 1.2

yup.....at the old Kah Motor Honda showroom at Jalan 222 back in the 90's...silver color....Ming Heng Motor at Jalan Genting Kelang sold 1 unit for RM950k back in 1999....not a cheap car to begin with anyway.....but absolutely LOVE IT!!!!....
