What's the price for 2 of the models, between the 2 of it, which will need more frequent maintenance or does it require re-oiling?

maintenance is just simple cleaning during your engine oil service interval... if u like u can actually clean the filter every week.. up to u... the cleaner the filter.. the better the engine breaths.. ;)

UTR filters do not need to be re-oiled... just clean with water can already.
