Well, it's quite obvious the selling price WILL be lower than brand new thus I put the word NEGO there in the first place.
Trust me, even if I put it at my intended pricing, and write down as FIRM, "some people" would still ask for the lower price.
Knowing the typical mentality of "some" so-called buyers who will nego the price way beyond the stated price, and up to the extent of ridiculously low price even if it's stated as FIRM.

Sorry to vent out my frustrations but by posting up something sale-destructive in nature, really is not appropriate. If you got what I mean.
