For me to claim warranty, do I have to go back to the person who sold me the wiper blades or any dealer would do?

no need...u got the waranty card.there got our company number.
u just give them a call...thn they wil arrange technician go to ur office or house do service or replacement.
if u bought from me...i can help u to do this if u really cant do it.
other dealer i dun know them...hahaha.
take it ez...as long as u keep the waranty card, everyting will be fine...trust me.
