is this your 1st car buy/sell experience?

the value wont go up, will only goes down. Unless it is housing or shop property, then the price keeps going up.

and bear in mind 2nd hand car impose higher interest rate on loans, thats another factor.

plus, unregistered s204 cost rm 220k-230k these days, limited edition or not, you still cant compare to a GTR.

plus ur 100k mods, some ppl may not even like it or prefer it, so the 100k is not justified to them. a r34 gtr worth 200k these days, and with mods worth over 100k, do they sell 300k?

hope u understand how the car market goes.

Curious, if a 100K was spent on the engine why didn't the BOV, radiator and intercooler upgraded? They were sufficient for the 400hp?

Firstly, universal rule for typical cars when it comes to reselling, they DEPRECIATE as time goes by. Secondly the mods are usually not very much considered to be HIGH in value in our country market; if you were to scout around n ask any dealer they would in fact prefer u to have your car stock standard. Meaning to say most of the time, owners had to demod to get back more than to sell them lock stock and barrel to dealers as the value is deemed too low.

In this case, your car worth has depreciated, mods are moderate, apart from the obvious grippen 6 pot n some exhaust, the engine bay looks astoundingly stock ! Radiator, bov , intercooler are all stock, if you really did spent 100k worth of mods, please take more pics, unless you are saying your engine block has forged internals and what about your ecu ? Motec ? Haltek ? Ecutek ? 400 on wheel for a scooby to be running in good conditions require some seriously good mods, which of course are visible to the eyes, on certain items especially.

Anyways if you have intentions to keep the car, why even bother posting in the first place with such "valuable pricing" which the majority does not agree upon? Otherwise, anybody who knows the 2nd hand car market value would deem such ad as a water fish hunting ;) anyways good luck on your sale

Actually, whatever price the seller wanna put up is none of our concern UNLESS you have intention of purchasing it. It's a willing seller, willing buyer situation.

My point is actually on the claims of spending RM100K on the engine but it looked totally stock.

100k worth of mod mean include everything spent on the car not just the engine, the brake kit, rim tyre, etc... then it make sense. But car value do depreciate. In a way good luck on the sale. Cheer..
