FMIC is good for hot weather traffic jam but it'll be more laggy than the standard TMIC. If u want pure response and not jam during hot afternoons, maintain tmic and get stainless steel pipes to replace the rubber ones.

Get full exhaust system girl regulator and tune it. You should see healthy 200-220whp.

Never really seen anyone replacing original TMIC rubber pipes with Samco. Usually, Silicon connectors are only used for bents connection between steel pipes.

Rim sold long time ago.

I have seen Airtreks using TMIC with TD05. I don't think the setup is optimum because TD05 pumps more air than TD04, hence the small TMIC surface is not sufficient enough to cool the air before it reaches in manifold. Having that said, you can still use this setup.

Stock Airtrek turbo is TD04. If I am not mistaken, it is TD04HL-15T-7

I am using Evo 7 TD05. Turbo lag is very apparent. If you want response, this is not the one to go with.

I heard that best setup is TD05 from Evo 9 as it's titanium turbo spins quicker with less enertia, hence less turbo lag. Alternatively, I heard Evo 7 GTA TD05 and TD05 from Evo 4/5/6 fits Airtrek better too as it's slightly smaller.

I remember when my turbine failed, I went to see Tong turbo. They mention can custom make twin blades, something like that for me, but in the end since my casing also cracked I opt to get a chop shop unit.....

The fan needs to be modified and moved slightly to accomodate the bigger TD05
