Guys, thanks for your comments. Every single FD being sold I feel sad especially those far from KL. :(
The owner wanna let go due to he bought a new house recently, paying RM4-5k installment monthly.
As for loan, RM20- 25k is the max. I heard if you have good reputation you can have more. Check it out at CIMB.
