saw one porsche got samaned by JPJ due to illegal plate number in penang recently...the owner came out from the car and directly gave his license for the JPJ to take details...no discrimination there...they can afford to pay saman...why bother than..saman 100X also no problem...saman only no license revoke involved...that's why it keep on happening over and over again...
