Draw template for breket front lamp frame...

Simple design hook for radiator seat bottom....

its have rubber mounting at centre hole..forget to put there before take pics...

Right lamp frame...

Double side technique...

over lap,weld then grind...

Here its look...

Round lamp frame...start with this holder lamp screw...

Cut old frame...

Update....cut out some row radiator to big,cut at dented row coz wastegate...

try fitting radiator...now here maximum clearance can get...

Now enough room...

Plan to locate turbo here,move far from engine block...is it ok?...dont worry about top radiator hose..

Passing pipe after intercooler will go..shot and lot of room...

Frame done...need to paint tomorrow...before paint try to fit with bumper etc...some pics

bt i guess the problem starts in a satria/wira/putra body when u have a 5bolt ford style turbine housing and a manifold that wasnt designed properly for clearance

since it is done by our local, not many willing to pay for it i must say, takut not quality enough. Just imagine u put AMS mark on it, sure a lot will pay fot it..

2nd weld with filler...i need to filler more thicker then pipe for buffing and polish
