OK, here are some update after 3 day testing and tuning

1.) Surprisingly 1 to 4 gear are very powerful and 3.823 is far more better than 4.47. Engine noise reduce too
2.) It can "tarik" aka "long gas" until engine limiter kick in (6500 rpm) for 1 to 3. 4th before reaching 6000 rpm already 200km/h and 5th gear before reaching 5k rpm it is already 200km/h (P/S: I still keep the speed limiter on to keep myself alert the speed I'm driving on)
3.) 1st gear is 70km/h, 2nd is 105km/h 3th gear can reach 170km/h, and 4th gear speed limit kick in at 200km/h (1 to 3 gear switch at 6500 rpm, 4 to 5 gear switch at 5800+ rpm)
4.) 5th gear I decide to use back the 0.795 ratio rather than 0.740 because when gear change from 4 to 5, the rpm drop more than 2000 pm and slow on rev up, so my new 5th gear is 3k rpm is around 122km/h and is it much more better.
5.) I also lighten the flywheel about 4kg.

Actually it is very easy to find a M/T A32 or A33 halfcut, I spoted few along Jalan Kemuning and Jalan Kapar, and the price start from RM3500, if you decide to switch to MT the best way is buy a halfcut, it is far more cheaper than you buy all the clutch paddle, clutch pump, flywheel, gearshift and clutch plate separately. I keep one spare gearbox just in-case i over use my current gearbox and I still have 1 A32 and 1 U13 MT gearbox to let go.

You will be surprise that the clutch set is very easy to find.

Random Post Every 5 Minutes

Hi
I have a 2005 model Proton Waja 1.6 automatic. Recently I notices that when I switched on the head lamp the "R" indicator light was on slightly when I was driving the car, and the right signal light blink faster than normal when I make a right turn.

No such problem is observed if I do not switch on the head lamp.

Any one encountered similar problem and any suggested solution ?

Thanks
