A friend of mine owns the classic 300Z Fairlady. He is having problem sourcing for the correct tyre size. which is 235/45/R17 and especiall 265/40/R17. Would be great if anybody can drop me a note on where I can get these tyre. Preferably brand new. Alot of distributor dont bring them in as it is oddsize. my contact hkiat at hotmail dot com THanks guys...

I think it is best to just change the size of the tires... do 225/45/17 in the front and either go for 245/40/17 or 255/40/17. It's much easier. Trust me! The difference is not that much, 1/4inch smaller for the fronts so shouldn't notice any difference.

Yes, a little bit different in size or profile doesn't really matter, to find the different in circumference, you can enter the original tire size and new tire size into this website, it tells you all info that you need.
