Currently my wira is mivec 1.8, My fren has a rvr engine without gb and he said he can trade in my engine and install d rvr engine in my car with little bit of top up and he will do all d necessary paperworks.

My questions is:
He said can use back my mivec gb, since d rvr comes without gb,but is it advisable?

double check the gearbox if it fits...

because as far as i knew 4g gb do fits (4g13/15/91/92/93) not sure about 4g61/63 series mated to 4g9x/4g1x gb

You can use back your F5M222 or even F5M221 gearbox on the RVR. No issues.
Only worries is that your gear ratio will be way too short for a turbo.
Good pick up but suffer at highway cruise.
Btw, are you sure you can still register your car up to 1997cc legally?
Better check that. Wouldn't want any issues when renewing your insurance/roadtax later.

Yup, im awarded of the ratio issue, if the deal goes on I will change my final drive then...^^
As for the endorsement, I'm kinda worry too, d fren said it will be registered under 4g67, guess u guys know wat does it mean then, lol
I know it's not advisable, but there are so many ppl doing so...

Anyway, 4g63 alternator is interchangeable to any ther engine type? Just wanna make sure all necessary accs are available with reasonable price, don't wan headache in future.
