    This Thread is open behalf my friend

    My friend was planing to install turbo on his myvi...
    So he walk in a shop call D-Pro at Jln Klang Lama near Brothers...
    He as the mech install YRV turbo better or On Bolt turbo better....
    The Mech tell him On Bolt turbo better. He said if u buy half cut YRV u need to do many things such JPJ etc etc etc etc ...If not in a good luck the YRV is Potato engine.... if do on bolt warranty 6 month bao no problem...

    So any SiFu can give some Advised my friend to make his car in a correct way and wont regreats...

    bro,bolt-on turbo for Myvi also "kantoi" wit JPJ one......

    there`s many shop hv bolt-on turbo but depent on how much boost u need?

    if below 0.4 bar,as i know there is around RM4k+...(re-cond turbo,custom manifold,down-pipe,exhaust system,piggy-back,injector,fuel pump,ecu re-flash,re-cond intercooler,metal gasket)

    YRV half-cut RM 8k+ depent on condition...

    u can also try bolt-on supercharger from PowerZone...
    (pls correct me if wrong...)

    myvi very little space only wor?

    Speedworks also now has a turbokit for the myvi... I think its 7k including tuning.

    aiyaa,bro chat at here also can lar....

    for safety u better swap YRV engine and of course is more expensive but u won`t "kantoi" wit JPJ lor....^^

    I saw before last time there is a forumer said his MyVi can put T04Z into his YRV turbo, not sure true or not. Can boost until 1.8 bar somemore. :hmmmm:

    you can try pm him see

    jpj will have no prob with myvi bot..try browse around myviclub forum..
    someone bot had kena but lepas the inspection without any problem..
    just that, if kena and jpj ask for inspection, just go and do the thing, than for sure u will out without any problem..as long as ur exhaust is not too loud and the brake is sufficient to stop the car..

    haha...funny...go ahead and try D'XXX haha...only play turbo if ur pocket is thick enough...how many people got into trouble with that place that you've mentioned...

    i advice you to research around...there is nothing wrong with BOT. With the right way of playing..i reckon your will get a powerful car, but BOT-ing has to be preplanned very well..else, there goes your engine...

    If u want NA power and no issues with JPJ...u can always opt for 3sze...4A also okay la...but nuisance la.
