Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak declared Friday(Dec 31) as public holiday in recognition of our team's AFF-Suzuki Cup triumph.

Malaysia displays true bravery & dedication throughout the whole game. Calm & composed despite giving away 2 goals. Our keeper were outstanding. Save a penalty kick, made couple of saves & commanded his area well. Our defence also did not make any "usual" school boy error this time. I am giving my praises for both Norshahrul & Safee for giving the Indon defense their much needed run. Both of them made Indon players like amatuers with their poised & skill moves. I definitely would like to see them play abroad especially Safee who has the physical & skills to be a world class player.

Anyway, congrats to the Malaysian team for winning the title. It seems that our footballing days as Champion of Asia has come back to its rightful name. FAM, please do not be complacent & start nurturing more young tigers for the future. Next target? world cup spot perhaps? :proud:

Yeah..finally something to shout-about our Football.

..but the Malaysian goals are really quality goals...no more budak sekolah goals+games etc.
Passion, descipline, game control, strategized & relax game!
