1. CUSTOMER ENGINEERS ( KL/PJ/Kota Bahru/Penang/Johor Bahru/Ipoh)
Install, service and maintain IT equipment efficiently and quickly to achieve customer satisfaction.
Diploma/Degree in IT, Engineering or equivalent
1-3 years related experience in supporting PC, printers etc
Good knowledge of PC/Printer hardware and software preferably with certification such as MCP, MCSE, CCNA etc
Excellent analytical and trouble-shooting skills and willingness to travel
Good communication skills, patience and maturity to deal with difficult situations
2. SENIOR EXECUTIVE, INTERNAL AUDIT
Candidate must possess at least a Business related Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional qualification.
Minimum 3 years’ working experience in internal or external audit
Excellent business sense, report writing, organizational, presentation and communication skills
Skill & knowledge in system & operational audit essential
Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to work independently
Proven track record in leading audit projects to address business and risk issues appropriately
Strong analytical skills to identify business and risk issues
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to provide internal control assurance and consulting services to add value and improve operations
Able to identify internal control weaknesses and deliver value-added and practical audit recommendation
Possess an analytical mind and think outside the ‘box’
3. TECHNICAL SPECIALISTS
As the product champion, the candidate is required to deliver proactive technical support to Customer and internal technical staff.
The candidate should be a subject matter expert in at least one of the following:
1. Operating System eg. Microsoft Windows, Unix or Linux
2. Database eg. Oracle, Informix or MS SQL
3. Servers, Blade, Clustering and Virtualization Technology
4. System Management eg. Tivoli, HP Openview
5. Networks and Security
6. Others eg. Lotus Notes, Exchange
Requirements :-
· Degree in IT, Computer/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
· Minimum of 5 years in ICT especially in technical support
· Self-starter, strong service mind-set and great sense of urgency
· Vendor certifications such as MCSE, OCP, CISSP and CCNP etc an advantage.
