Not that fast la bro..the engine is very2 realible..it lasted 2 1/2 years until one day...it sapose to do a routine oil change (due 500km) n one morning i was late to work..didnt heat the engine properly......few metres away...kaboom!!!....sad...but true...

sayang..actually u can still rebuilt ur engine..but there always pro n cons man..:smokin:

my customer wira aeroback from shah alam , 4G93 SOHC 128.4 hp n 118 ftlb on millenium dyno dynamic.

GOT any dyno sheets? very2 interesting..what is the specs??
sure got bro , but cannot upload yet coz my laptop problem. maybe next time coz too busy with this week drag event and 2 event next week.

spec are stage 3 block , port n polish head with stock cam , my spec ecu upgrade rev-cut , e-manage , 60mm t.body + stock intake , aftermarket extractor ..............:listen:

Ermm..what do u mean by stage 3 block??:confused:...With STOCK CAMS???!!! u get 128 on wheel?!! Thats very2 high for a single cam 1.8...Now its very2 interesting!...Cuz my frem...single cam
Spec..

1.8 block, high cam matspeed, campulley, GSR intake with 60mm throttle, emanage, bigger air flow sensor, uprated clutch (Red exedy cover, Malaysia spec), Ported n polished head, cusco exractor...dyno tune..gets roughly...127hp@ wheel...Please upload ur dyno sheet..its very2 interesting to see ur spec n engine...:driver:

Just an estimation - gonna try my luck with knowledge.
- with 1.6 4g92 high comp pistons - High comp depends if its a full ratio or partial,4HP - 8HP
- port and polished head - roughly 10HP?
- adjustable cam pulleys - advance or retard?
- emanage - depending on the tuning.
- acl race series race bearings - this not sure add hp or not.
- ecu MMC 5537
- exhaust inlet size, front to back, 1.8 inches - Perfect size already. this one should probably add on 2-5 Hp at most.
- STOCK Muffler

so...Your stock:
Maximum Output - 103 kW (140 PS; 138 bhp) @ 6,500 rpm
Maximum Torque - 167 N·m (123 ft·lbf) @ 5500 rpm - Wiki

Now maybe around +23HP at most?

Just my bet on it though...May not be accurate.
Dyno maybe?

that was about spot-on from ryuuken's calculation...

mainly because u still didnt install any performance camshaft.....but i think your torque value got massive increase from stock baseline....

HP on wheel is always about 20-30% less than the power on engine due to drivetrain losses. So let's say we take 25% loss then your 123.6whp comes to about 164hp on engine.

proton claims about 140-ish horse power for 1.8 dohc's .

is that figure based on wheel or crank horsepower..
