DIXCEL has participated in motor sports since it is established. The purpose is not only for its own promotion but to create high performance and quality products in such extreme situation seeking only records and results. There is a lot of top end automotive engineering and utmost technologies in this battlefield. The unique and important data, which must be necessary for future innovation, can be obtained from this field such as wear data, temperature data and the drivers’ candid feeling which can't be calculated by the dyno tester. The engineering of high stability at racing speeds for distance of more than 500km applies to the Z type. The engineering of durability to cross the finishing line with as little wear and tear to all the brake components for long distance applies to the M-type. A number of motor sports experiences led DIXCEL to one answer: Maximum control in extreme situations In order to obtain more ‘real-world’ based data DIXCEL pushes to the limit by testing based on the requirements of many professional drivers on various racing tracks under various weather conditions, the more unusual or tougher the situation it allows DIXCEL to acquire knowledge which goes far beyond the data obtained from theoretical study. The R01 type is made mainly from Aramid fiber and Graphite, which is put under high-pressure, high temperature and high density like the sintered alloy. It can keep giving high stability to the driver at high temperature and the quick build-up of friction co-efficiency at low temperature is far superior to any other existing racing materials. The performance is not only consistent in various temperature ranges but it can provide a fantastic feel with high performance in any temperature zone even on the ordinary roads. R01 receiving a firm confidence from Sunday-racers as well as professional drivers.

Remember the Mclaren F1 road car? The supercar from the 90’s that dominated auto bahns and other major highways for over 10 years. It held the title of ‘The Worlds Fastest Car’ for equally as long and some still believe it is. It’s considered the ultimate drivers car even next to a Bugatti Veyron. It produces so much heat, it needs gold platting in the engine bay just to reflect the heat. No power steering, no ABS, no...
