EJ-DE on Kancil

    does anybodies here feel the top speed for EJ-DE using on Kancil Chasis with stock 850cc manual gearbox...how about for the fuel consumptions...it is really more save than Kelisa 1.0cc...:biggrin:

    im using ej-de on my kancil660..but with 1.0 gearbox..
    for long distance, its about 25km/l with ron97

    i use kelisa 850 engine to kancil 660 body + 660 gbox.

    RM40 ron97 (Bhp) = 42Xkm

    bout 2.5k for the engine n install..
    700 for gearbox (mod ds)

    can a k3-ve install in kancil? do they have same engine mounting?

    and for the EJ-DE, do they have same mounting with kancil too?

    EJ-DE same base with kancil.

    k3-ve??? maybe... with lot of money n runner...

    subframe & chasis needs some modifications...im thinking 100% no endorsement can done with JPJ even those saying them are Most powerful Runner...:driver:

    Bro, I am interested in the engines you have listed here. Can you give me an indication of the costs at present and a reliable source. I am planning on changing my stock Kancil 850ex carb engine for a higher cc with EFI. Thanks in advance

    i did saw one kancil with K3VET in johor. but im very damn sure it cannot be registered. there are even 1 kancil that install 1.6L detomaso engine in nilai/seremban area... big balls

    I just found out a workshop specialize in k cars, they have a yrv turbo kelisa, allow me to test drive If I want. Won't be cheap. Engine alone cost 3-4K, labour give it 1K+. Exhaust system they can do as well. So should be total at least around RM7K not yet include wear and tear of the half cut engine.

    Rear brakes I ask before. Not recommended to change to rear disc brake. Handbrake might not be strong enough after that.

    Shouldn't be more expensive thant K3VET gua...check mudah and see. Should be 4K+ also. Price around there la. YRV price range

    Not from Myvi but from Passo Racy.
