DB/DC Front Recaro Seats

Hello. I saw a Recaro seat today. It is black, looks the same as the usual Type R seat. However, the material looks to be different than the ones I usually see.

The ones that I usually see has these "baldu" material at the sides of the seat. Not where you sit and lean against. Correct?

The one I saw today is fully wrapped with the "baldu" material.

What I would like to know is which is original or did Honda come out with two types of Recaro seats? If the latter, which cars are those from?

Those who are using or are familiar with these seats, please clarify here.

the seats u saw were also factory fitted from honda? or wat? coz the Type R recaros are a little different than mass produced recaros of the same model...mostly on their material n some internals

anyway (i may be wrong) but if im not mistaken i have seen a fully suede Type R Recaro SR3....but in black colour. ive never noticed the red colour.

also check the recliner adjuster.. is it only 1 side.. or both sides.. coz mass produced are usually on both sides while the Type R seats are only 1 side iinm

I doubt it's ori..rm600 for both seats is god damn cheap, even rm600 for 1 is still very cheap..

used pair of recaro SR3 from type r generally goes for about 1.7k....USED.

I went to check it out anyway. Its imitation. The shop owner himself admitted it. It's 600 bucks per seat. 1200 a pair. Looks nice, comfortable and the quality of stitches is good too. But easily one can tell its imitation by looking at the RECARO.
