My transmission has a slight slip only from gear 2 to 3. Does not always happen. Normally it stop slipping when I turn off engine and start it again and it shifts smoothly. Replaced my atf fluid with nissan d magtic (been using since day 1) my mech said my old fluid was normal and not too dirty. Did some research and many stated the culprit is the speed sensor.. replaced that but problem still occurs. I really think its an electronic issue not a mechanical. No error code on the diagnostics btw. Planning to send to SC and see if they might have a solution. My mech said could be a mechanical problem though. It will not slip if I shift from 2 to D or if medium or hard throttle. Only on very light throttle and not very often

Looks like either the clutch is going or its not getting the correct pressure. Go and check in the SC if the pressure is with in spec. It might be pressure control solenoid which is causing the problem.

UPDATE: Did a full gearbox flush, changed ATF filter and gasket, added a bottle of lubegard ATF, and also installed a ATF cooler and so far its been a week and this problems stop occurring(touchwood). just found out this symptom is actually called a transmission flare not slip

another temporary fix is they done is modding the resistor which will quickens the shifts.

The flare is only a temporary fix. In a good working gearbox it doesn't happen and I have the same car and it doesn't happen. What you did is the first basic step which is change atf, filter and add a oil cooler. If it still happens go back to my earlier post and check the line pressure and control solenoid. Basically the clutch is slipping between shifts. Now you must ask why? Can be clutch wear, line pressure, shift solenoid, valve body, atf, shrinking seals which leaks pressure, etc etc. Like what a comment posted said on the vid is correct.

"The TCM is not the issue, neither is the resistor. Using a higher OHM resistor increases the line pressure accross the board helping to cover up the flare between second and third."

Line pressure test ports are on the outside of the transmission on the right hand side if you are facing the front. Its currently blocked off with a nut and washer. You need specific gauges and test procedure to follow in order to test for line pressure. So if the line pressure is low there will be steps to follow to trouble shoot.

The shift solenoid is inside the transmission.

Therefore its generally a jog for the SC or an Auto trans specialist. It might be cheaper done outside in a auto trans specialist shop.

I think the problem could be the shift solenoid as you mention, because when my ATF was being flushed , i saw those 4 solenoid you mention and one of the wire connections was lose so i pressed on it LOL, it looked slightly broken. Well thank you for explaining this images. So far, i have not experience any transmissions flares since the ATF flush but lucky you pointed this out, as i suspect that might be the problem in the first place
