Using v12 evo now...It's good but too noisy. Now considering re003 or Mc5. I know re003 definitely better but is it as noisy as the v12 evo which is directional? Mc5 is silent and comfort but sacrifice grip.
Use according to your priorities.....If grip no need see MC5 dy.....Using v12 evo now...It's good but too noisy. Now considering re003 or Mc5. I know re003 definitely better but is it as noisy as the v12 evo which is directional? Mc5 is silent and comfort but sacrifice grip.
I want the re003 but worry about the noise, any one here experience with it compared to v12evo?Use according to your priorities.....If grip no need see MC5 dy.....
Usually tyre noise comes from uneven wear and rough thread pattern, means if you want quiet tyres go for mid tyres like Yokohama dB V551.I want the re003 but worry about the noise, any one here experience with it compared to v12evo?
The first V12 Evo or the newer V12 Evo 2?Using v12 evo now...It's good but too noisy. Now considering re003 or Mc5. I know re003 definitely better but is it as noisy as the v12 evo which is directional? Mc5 is silent and comfort but sacrifice grip.
First v12 evo. Seems either mc5 or re003 is within my budget..unless v2 concept 2 or Kumho. Csc3/5 is double the price~ Need v12 and 003 comparison:hmmmm:The first V12 Evo or the newer V12 Evo 2?
MC5 seems not really worth it for its price. Depending on your size, rather than MC5, just top up a little bit and go for CSC3/5 which I'm using now. Note that I don't care much about noise so not really paying attention to it but to me seem fine enough! As for RE003 I haven't heard any complain about noisy but it seems the main weakness of this tire is it would not last as long as indicated by the rather low tread wear rating.
Thats why im also confused, maybe people compare Re003 with other UHP its okay. Cant get yokohama hereUsually tyre noise comes from uneven wear and rough thread pattern, means if you want quiet tyres go for mid tyres like Yokohama dB V551.
For RE-003 I have heard of some say quiet, some say noisy....
What size are you using? About 8-9 mths ago I bought CSC5 size 225/50/17 for only rm500 all inclusive which was only about rm40-50 more than MC5. But yeah, for many other sizes it might be much more expensive.First v12 evo. Seems either mc5 or re003 is within my budget..unless v2 concept 2 or Kumho. 205/45/17 Cspc5 here is 600+ compared to mc5 300+. Re003 300+ sounds very worth it.What size are you using? About 8-9 mths ago I bought CSC5 size 225/50/17 for only rm500 all inclusive which was only about rm40-50 more than MC5. But yeah, for many other sizes it might be much more expensive.
I used Silverstone M5 (alot ppl said lousy n noise) before this... with RE003 I would rate its quiter than M5Usually tyre noise comes from uneven wear and rough thread pattern, means if you want quiet tyres go for mid tyres like Yokohama dB V551.

Performance wise RE-003 or new V12Evo2. V2C2 are all seasons tyre like mid. Kumho PS31 also about that but cheaper....First v12 evo. Seems either mc5 or re003 is within my budget..unless v2 concept 2 or Kumho. Csc3/5 is double the price~ Need v12 and 003 comparison:hmmmm:
