would like to know which mamak store u been and bring u bad experience.....

you list it & we/i BAN it


my one is stephen corner at pandan indah.......
last sat,i been there and have supper too,i order the nasi lemak,the fellow telling me don't have nasi lemak,BUT only have nasi lemak with chickhen.

just don't understand why mamak store don't have nasi lemak but have nasi lemak with chickhen.

I think they just wanna sell their chicken for better profit.

For example, they need to sell 50 nasi lemak and 10 chicken. If there're 6 nasi lemak and 6 chicken left, you'll see this kind of reply.

Same thing with some chinese kopidian. They won't sell you plain water, they'll make you to buy mineral water instead.

Yea, I once ordered a roti canai with kua ayam. They brought me a roti canai and a piece of chicken. Of course they charged me extra. :D

They definately tricked me, but not scam IMO.

There's one I'd like to complain about. haha

This one is Located near the S.M. La Salle. The mamak Restaurant is located at the far end of the row next to Sri Paandi's. I forgot the name, but it has a corner space with loads of tables and chairs spread out.

Basically I was there on Labour Day for lunch with my friends.
Reach there at 1pm, waited with 3 of my friends for them to serve us.
Each time they walked past, we would called out and they say "Please wait"....
About 1.20pm, a group of indians came by about 12 - 14 of them, and they were quickly ushered to a long row of tables in front of us, seated, and SERVED with food and drinks.

We decide to give them a piece of our mind and scolded them very loudly over their services. (We are still there cause 8 of our friends has yet to arrived)

The table in front of us got scared from their look as we were staring at them like we want to throw our chairs in their face.

We were finally served after waiting for 45mins.
Had our fills, and only paid for our drinks.

This is not the first time it happens as I was told that there were numerous occasions where they did the same thing.

So they are off the list for me.

if i go to mamak that serve food or take orders after a milliion times calling them, i usually eat and drink a lot and pay for one drink only

you want good service?? haha wangsa maju BRJ the waiters there like "callman" once you sitdown they are there liao. But remember second orders are always slower, nonetheless good service :)

ps: damn good place to see gurls, cuz near tarc college, but dont go there when tarc is having holidays

Look also better mar, you drink one teh-tarik also worth it :) btw you notice the nasi-lemak there they give the sambal like it doesnt cost them a thing or not?? nasi lemak takes half the plate sambal the rest of the half... crazy... issit a marketing scheme tat they want want us to get so hot so we will order another cup of water ?

that's Raju's. the banana leaf is OK, been having alright service.. but i go there like once every leap year now. They've been jacking up their prices like nobody's business, while the glasses they serve the drinks in have been getting smaller.

Agree, the last time i went there milo ais they use teh-tarik glass i was like WTF and the prices compare to nomal mamak just not on par at all
