Let me recall... VR4 is much more older compared to GSR and in terms of reliability, GSR is much more better than VR4. In terms of fuel consumption, GSR is much more better than VR4.
Also, actual performance is based on power to weight ratio and depending on where you put these engines into which body ... la la la...
Who said GSR can't smoke VR4 or Evo? It all depends on what the modifications are as well as who the drivers are and how much $$ one is willing to invest.
Don't be always too narrow minded by saying higher cc will be faster.. neh... this is not the case though.
