(can make it 18k if let go my lagenda 110Z) actually selling my car, wish to get japanese car... searching for, 1st interest= Evo 4 or 5, 2nd= CF4 Sir/Torneo/Euro-R , 3rd= EJ/EK/SO4 convert or origin 99 spec c/w B16B/B18CR... cheers...

My style very simple. Here are the procedeures :-
1. At this point, I don't need any single booking fee from the intended buyer.
2. But buyer must give me these docs, in order to get the loan or LOU first :
i. 3 months payslip
ii. 3 months Bank Statement
iii. Copy of I/C Front-back (make sure cross "for H/Purchase bank loan only")
iv. Copy of License Fee (make sure cross "for H/Purchase bank loan only")
This basically to maximised max loan for the intended buyer. Loan will be arrange by my dealer. All docs need to be submiited to me (as a checking point)
3. Once LOU out, then again it's up to intended buyers whether to buy my car or not. If the buyer still keen to buy my car, then booking payment of RM2k must be made at this time. This means basically I already reserved the car to the intended buyer.
Hope this will clearify on the max loan matter. Of course we looking forward a loan range between RM63-RM70k.
