And what do you think is the right THROTTLE BODY SIZE I should choose.
I mean what is the right way to choose the Throttle body size.
Thanx!

70 or 75 mm would be ideal unless you r prepared to loose a bit of torque on the low end for the benefit of hi end. I was almost into getting it for my setup with my big turbo. Try it and let us know the result.

Toyota MR2 225 using a 55 mm and later upgraded to 60 mm on the 245 with an upgraded turbo. 80 mm on a stock turbo and standard setup wud be a little over as you will experience a lost of bottom end torque. If you do drag and street it will hurt bad and probably eating dust behind the Hondas.....:banghead:for race would be OK. Big does not necessary good for you, it needs to be balanced.
There are cars dyno @ 725 hp on 60mm TB. and also 650 hp on 62 mm TB.:driver:
My preference is still the 60 mm TB as I do not do race. 70mm would be the max.I wud go to.
Wud you like to share your setup? I am currently upgrading my 2 in stages, you can pm me on my private messages.

Bigger piping and fittings + throttle body = more air space and also less air velocity = more work for turbo to fill air space = more lag. Unless fitted with a bigger turbo (which = more lag also).
So it matters whether you are building it for road, track or drag.
