- why sometimes the number get stuck at 99% for long time ?
It's perfectly normal. Batteries does not charge in a liner manner. From 0% to 80% is usually running at 1A. After that, it will be charging slower as it reaches it's maximum voltage.

FAQ
1. Why mine over other products
There are a lot of products. I am the “manufacturer” as well seller.
I have full control the quality of the product, warranty and so on.
I am selling an honest product which carries my reputation together with it.
2. How long can product last ?
NEW and genuine and grade A cells are used for my products like those used in new laptops
Lasts for at least minimum 1.5 years up to 3years or 500 cycles. (if you use 3 times per week, one year would use up 150 times only, means can last max 3 years)
3. How long to charge to 100%
Full complete charge from 1A source would take about 14 hours.
4. Some powerbank claims it's better to use flat LiPo4 batteries.
Those flat batteries are the same as our phone batteries.
Due to the design, if it overdischarge or not use it after some time, it will be swollen.
5. Some are selling 30,000mAh for RM 50 only. It's so much cheaper.
Due to the nature of batteries, it is what it is, FAKE.
I could probably sell you cheaper using Grade C batteries, but i will not dare to give warranty and put my reputation to it.

Power conversion calculations
the energy conversion loss is about 10% while the due to the difference in voltages
batteries ramp up from about 3.8V (battery voltage) to 5V (USB voltage), so there is difference in voltages too.
Power (P) = Voltage (V) x Current (I) = 3.8*10400 = 39.52W
take that power divided by 5V ( 39.52 / 5 )
total capacity at 5V is 7,904mAh
7488mAh divide by 1440mAh is about 5.5 times (real effective figures from 0% to 100%)
Power is lost when the voltage is increased to 5V to USB and from 5V USB to 4.2V charging voltage to your devices.
Minus 10% heat exchange losses = 5.5 x 0.9 = 5 times only
Conclusion, a 10,400mAh capacity it can charge your iphone about 5 times from 0% to 100% (full charging)
Figuratively speaking, some people charge their phone when at 20% or less, so they can use for like 6 to 7 times because they never really drain off their phone completely to 0%.
Ipad mini is about 1.5 times only, if u charge from 0% to 100%.
For IPAD or tablet kind of application, if you wanted better usage time, it's better to get the 15,600mAh capacity ones
because in terms of energy usage, tablets are quite power hungry devices.
to put into comparison.
IPAD mini runs on 4490mAh capacity, which is about 2cells laptop battery.
so if you get 6 cells powerbank version, it can at least charge 2.5 times which is more than enough for 3 days usage.
Truth about power bank market
1. unknown battery grades and ratings
2. seller not knowing what they are selling (got problem, seller disappear)
3. fake products and brands imitation
3. recycled batteries with potential exploding and burning hazards
4. over-rated battery ratings (using 1500mAh but advertised as 2600mAh)
5. Too low margin, warranty becomes a fake promise
6. Warranty claim issues
7. A lot of dishonest product due to weak product knowledge from customer, lack of integrity
Reality of PowerBank Market
1. There are imitation, there are branded, there are non branded, and very little are honest products.
2. A lot of branded companies do not advertise what they use for their powerbank. There are different type of grades of batteries for the same capacity. It might be of the same capacity but not that long lasting.
3. Some imitations use recycled serial number from old units and even fake websites. Why bother and create hassle for yourself to identify real or fake ??
4. Some sellers do not know what they sell and disappear when problems arise.
5. shipping back to china via EMS (fast) for a small parcel is about RM 70. Therefore, warranty claims is very slow process even for genuine products unless the dealer is willing to give you a new unit.
6. fake capacity, recycled batteries, grade C batteries, seller giving excuse when claim warranty.
