Need Advise : 4AFE injector upgrade...
Hey dude, u can change ur stock pistons with 4age 16v pistons like I did, better pick up & can also feel the better low end pull. Roars diff & louder now. Too bad my current experiment seems too fail...using 4age ST auto gearbox. Haven't found the solution to it yet. :hmmmm::banghead: -

Hi guys...just got my car back, 4AFE with 4AGE ST gearbox auto. My mechanic & I are scratching our heads coz it wont go into 1st gear, run on 2nd or third gear onwards only. Moreover, gear lever position now shifted downward...D becomes neutral, N becomes Reverse...cant shift into P or low gear... -

Hey dudes...read sumwhere that we can get the ECU Rom chip replaced with performance chip & get it remapped. Anyone knows where we can find aftermarket chips for my 4AFE? Where can I learn to remap the ecu? -

Hi TRD, here's the pic of my 4afe piston, the ones u shown here both belongs to 4age, I think. Pls notice the dented piston head. Engine does 'roar' louder now, it accelerates faster too, can feel the heavier & faster pull, especially at 1800-2000rpm. I seriously think the meager 2% increase... -

Got my car back yesterday...cant rev high yet, but sure does feel the hp gain. engine sound is diff as well. will rev it up by next weekend after oil change, hopefully the hp gain is significant & more responsive. Can 4age 20v block fit 4afe head? which gearbox then? If need 4age gearbox then... -
