    AE110 5AFE auto to 4AGE 20V auto

Thanks for the info. Now to find a half-cut in Kuching or elsewhere. :)
  2. AE110 5AFE auto to 4AGE 20V auto

I am considering changing my AE110 5A auto to a 4AGE auto. I am wondering if this is a straight forward swap. Can anybody advise me on this? Any input is most appreciated. Thanks.

Alpha- Just wondering what kind of chassis are you using. I guess it is a KE70. It is the most common platform for RWD setups, i suppose. There is a 4age set but no rear axle available for sale on Mdah for RM3,500. Is that a decent deal compared to buying a halfcut set from Kingdom, etc? Your...

Series- thanks, man.:tee: But i am not worthy. You guys are the real deal. I only talk, talk, talk. :banghead: Shah- I don't know how much Loh Motorsports charges for the dyno session. I have to admit this is the first time i heard that there is three dynos in Kuching.:embarassed: WOw! I am...

Hey, Mitch. Headers is the exhaust section that is attached to the cyclinder head, if you don't already know. Aftermarket headers are designed for performance so it is normal that they would increase fuel use. That's the way it goes. There are several styles available. 4 into 1 or 4 into 2 into...

opinion on this Satria Gti R3

Just wondering. If it's a R3 car, would the registration card say "R3"? Maybe can check with Proton Edar. I guess there is a simple explanation for the missing R3 decal. Probably the previous owner(s) took if off as momento or something.

Cleaned up: Forums Home - Let us know your thoughts if any

I guess it does loads a bit faster. I like the previous "New Post' section as it gives a preview of the post. Not a big fan of that new thing that appear in the thread starter section. I was confused as well when i first saw them. Regarding the poll, i would be in the "no strong opinion"...

Mitch, upgrade "a bit", i guess that would mean headers, exhaust, high flow air filter, maybe cold air intake, better spark plugs and cableset. Headers normally affect your fuel compsumption in a negative manner slightly, so you have to be careful in choosing one. One place you can consider...

AE111 20V BT 6Speed Gearbox to be mounted on 4AFE engine

PCMOD..., great input, guy. It is always good to hear from someone who knows the subject matter really well. This project sounds like it is more trouble than it is worth. I guess a complete halfcut swap is the way to go.

AE111 20V BT 6Speed Gearbox to be mounted on 4AFE engine

I don't quite understand what your question is. If you want to stick the 6 speed 'box onto your 4AFE and it can be done, go ahead. It's your car. I have to agree that it's probably more fun to go all the way and swap the engine as well. Hey, it's your car. Do what you feel is best for you.

KFC Staffs @ ICT Shah Alam

It's a bit late in the game to say what they should have said way long ago. I will bet their sales must have plummeted quite significantly the last few days. Better late than never, this must be their thinking.

Ham, i think you are right about the two ads being by the same person. Actually, the seller is a performance shop in Sunway I just found that they were listing it on ZTH also. Here is the link. Maybe they still have it...

Anndrenaline- My choice for paintwork based on my limited experience is Ah Seng. Around 5th Mile area near Green Heights. Price is on the higher side, i believe but quality is good. Importing a car to Malaysia with a twist

I think it shouldn't be a problem. You already have the registration papers so that's the important part. I once took an item to Singapore to have it serviced and i registered it with the Customs Department before i left. When i came back, i just show them the paper and i didn't get taxed on the...

Have you fellows check out the video on the disgusting way sone of the staff treat the food? I am not going to any fast food places anymore after seeing that. On the ICT incident, i totally agree that there was no need to get into a punch-up over a few angry words. Kicking Fighting Chicken is...
