why VTEC NOT open..even already 6500rpm.??

Civic LSD NOISE how to reduce and best oil brand???
Hi! i just changed to B16A with LSD but LSD sound too roaring to me. What's da best oil to reduce this. I had read some of outside forum say that tupe of LSD oil can reduce?? Any recommen????? :D- lanusin
