walau abit extreme lehh,timing belt i think mayeb ok larr,top over haull is too big project liao..
ok timing belt,agak agak tips larr...
1st of couse take out all u belt lorrr,direct unscrew that water pump 4 pcs 10mm nut first,the AC belt unscrew that 17mm bearing nut,then unscrew that up side 12mm nut until u belt drop out.
2.now all u belt out liao,unscrew u crank shaft pully 4 pcs 10mm nut n 19mm nut.
3.top 3 pcs 10mm nut unscrew,then center the cover 4 pcs 10 mm nut unscrew...
4.ok u can see u timing belt liao,happy lehh,now put back teh 19mm nut to turn u ening timing marking,up pully u can see hv 1 aero 1,let it state at u head hv 1 line 1,slow slwo spot ok...below u can see that small pully hv 1 long dot 1,in u block also hv 1 dot 1,let they stata to gather,after timing marking kau tim,unscrew the timing bearing 2 pcs 12mm nut,then u timingbelt will longgar liao,take out timingbelt now,n unscrew u engine mouting 2 psc screw let the belt coem out.
5.now unscrew up n down pully to chaneg oil seal...hati hati ohhh,dont make shaft calar ohhh,if not oil leak mahh hai lat.
6.after change oil seal mahh put back that 2 pcs pully lorrr,now comfirm u pully marking is correct,n put it new timing belt inside,then put new timing bearing,then use taht bearing adjsut until u timing belt tight...
7.ok all pasang balik mahh ok liao lorr..
P/S: better dont DIY larrr,give work shop chaneg they also charge around rm50 for labour only larr.dont worry,if u diy fail,hehe u engien will blow 1 lehh dont play play.
