More from the second round of the Goodyear International Drift Series held over the weekend at the Malacca International Motorsport Circuit. Running as a feeder series for drifters looking to compete in the regional Formula Drift series, the Goodyear International Drift Series is the proving ground for many aspiring drifters from around Malaysia.

Besides the usual big names like Tengku Djan, Ariff Johanis, Michael Gan, Ivan Lau, Tan Tat Wei and a few others, the series welcomes new comers with zero experience in a drift competition of this level. Those who make it through this series will be considered eligible for the Formula Drift Pro Asia license, a requirement to compete in Formula Drift Asia.

We already know who took the podium steps and who spectacularly crashed out, so here are more shots from Round 2. The next round will be held in the Klang Valley again, watch for updates.

Sometimes I wonder how it trap debris from all aluminum engine blocks. Anyway, there might be tiny steel debris hanging in the engine oil...

Products like these...
