need help (idle)

my b16a engine is giving me problems when i on my AC.the timing just drops so low and sometimes shutdown the engine... when no AC idle is 1100 RPM, when wit AC just drops to 0..
when the lights is on worse the car just shuts down.the volt meter shows 10.3 with AC n 13.7 with out AC...can some1 help me...?

check your iacv. it sits behind the intake manifold. its related to idling with ac.

most likely its either dirty or faulty. either 1.

tried cleaning it but after WHILE the idle will be bad again...

most likely its faulty. try to swap with another iacv and test?

also while u are cleaning, clean ur throttle body and ur fitv. fitv is located below your throttle body. and if u open it, screw back the white plastic thing inside.

bro i have changed the valve and dam it cost RM500...shit man..
my b16a is using s90 trottle body..
but the surprise is there is a skru at the bottom of the trottle body once i open it the idle is goood... but when i put it back same thing idle bad..the sound when the skru is in the sound is so loud SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH...
got any idea how 2 help me??

iacv problem. faulty or its wiring got prob somewhere. happen to me before n manage to settle it after 4 month. lol.

super 90? hmm i've heard of eratic idling and super high idle, but not low idle till engine die.

anyway, the screw.. if removing it gives u good idle, just remove it la! hahaha. ok honestly dont take this piece of advise, i think u should ask your foremen.

as far as i know, air cond + idle = iacv. anything else is beyond me. good luck and keep us posted. idle problem is far too common.
