how much will they charge for balancing the crank with crank pulley..??

i'm looking for more higher than 13k rpm...

Bump: no high cam bro...coz already 1800cc sure can get 9k rpm...but gear 3 cannot...about 8.5k rpm...

standby 10k...but if u want to safe budjet through buy the b16b block then install the b20b crankshaft and conrod..through can get 1834cc...
