hmmmm...most of the otai i spoke with were not favorable of the CF4 combi with B20B largely because of the shape of the dome which in LT not good...the otai were from Amoil and my own mechanic...i was deliberating on it because was tempting to use the same set up in my B20B..well maybe i am wrong...for whats worht this is educational for melah..

BEST?

if you are looking for ceramic, molybdenum and teflon coated pistons maybe you should give Cosworth UK a call and have your piston custom sized to suit your extreme heat expansion factor if you plan to run in extreme condition or methanol injected vehicle.

OK, not the best - heard TODA has an thermal expansionn factor close to stock, and that why closer tolerances can be run (= better ring seal & more power). But TODA dont make 84.5mm pistons !!! So I was wondering what is the next best choice

CP
Wiesco
JE
Other??

I am guessing, but if the "thermal expansion" factor is "poor quality" this can scratch your bore ????

Next, if you wanted to do 85mm on sleeved block, what is better a B18C5 block or a B20B block?

3 weeks ago i went to ss-racing in old klang road. i saw brand new boxes of toda pistons for 81mm, 82mm and 83mm for honda b-series.
you might want to check the online catalog :
TODA Racing USA - HONDA B16A/B18C High Power Piston Kit
you might want to enquire toda or jun since they do make custom parts for individual as long your enquiries are legitimate, serious and willing to pay.

on a sleeved block any block would be better for the 85mm. since the b20 has bigger displacement size, so u have more option to upgrade from there.
