MK, it was organised by the Singapore folks.

R3's Exige 300RR beat all comers.

The much vaunted and much hyped Taniguchi driven HKS Evo didn't get past practice. Claims were that that car could do 2" 08 on special Yoko A048 were unproven as the engine blew before it's first official time run.

The Exige on the other hand was running the same engine that won in MME 2006 (over 20 hours done already plus testing) and on 2005 slick tires....
