darren, i sms u yesterday and also msn you about my problem where one of my HID has problem, need to on and off 3 times before it ignites.

suspect ballast or bulb? and there was a connector missing to connect to another relay, perhaps i need another relay?

hope you do provide after service, i just sms about 1hr ago ....... and i want to take 2 more sets from you .... hope the service after sales is good ....
