Need Help on 4Door Civic windshield molding

Hi Gentlement,
I just bought new front windscreen's rubber (left and right) original made in Japan , but its shorter 1/2" if compare to my original (old one), anybody have an experience on this ? where can I get the right part and what is the part number ? Pls advise, thanks.

The part you mentioned has a different code for 3 doors and 4 doors EG which mean they are different part. what you have should be for 3 door.

For 4 door EG the part no are

Right : 73152-SR4-003
Left : 73162-SR4-003


For 3 door model change the middle code from SR4 to SR3.

Thanks. What I received left and right rubber from the supplier are 73162-SR3-003 & 73152-SR3-003, but my supplier told me that SR4 are shorter than SR3 ?? Is that correct ?

i'm not pretty sure about SR model .... but SH3 windshield is bigger than SH4 windshield and the moldings (total length of top and sides) are longer than SH4.

since you had the SR3 molding, maybe the top molding also makes difference, probably SR4 side windshield moldings are only meant to go with the top molding.

Yours a 4 door eg (eg9) i presumme?

The code SR4 stand for eg 4 door, SR3 stand for eg 3 door (for e.g EG6).
So by right if you have a 4 door eg then the SR4 is the one that suit you.
Or just call Lin Hup Seng @ 03-62576975 ask them for a quote as well as the part no. to confirm
