. in u'r case, use those mini monkey wrench those plumbing use coz u know how it grips the pipes rite. if stubborn oso, use grinder, cut flush wit hood, use drill to drill self tapping scew(screw can drill through metal, common hw should have) half way, use a blunt screw, screw in & hopefulle the bolt moves oso, still stubborn, need to drill the bolt off. worst case scenario, u've drilled the hood thread, welding another nut flush wit new hole & wallah new thread. make sure afterwards use grease for the bolt & nut coz water sure rust them if exposedhow to add another bolt when the thread on the head already gone?cant remove the old. its like the whole thing is very soft and rapuh, so the spannar cant get a grip on it.
