how to add another bolt when the thread on the head already gone?cant remove the old. its like the whole thing is very soft and rapuh, so the spannar cant get a grip on it.
. in u'r case, use those mini monkey wrench those plumbing use coz u know how it grips the pipes rite. if stubborn oso, use grinder, cut flush wit hood, use drill to drill self tapping scew(screw can drill through metal, common hw should have) half way, use a blunt screw, screw in & hopefulle the bolt moves oso, still stubborn, need to drill the bolt off. worst case scenario, u've drilled the hood thread, welding another nut flush wit new hole & wallah new thread. make sure afterwards use grease for the bolt & nut coz water sure rust them if exposed

so just noww....i use eliphant glu on the bolt.kasi dia keras. so the spannar have better grip.

voila. but still got 1 more cannot come out. and then noticed that i didnt standby the extra nut to raise it even if i managed to remove all.

then now think of it, i didnt notice where is the alarm nipple who contact the bonnet. coz last time after raise the hood, the nipple didnt touch the hood, so once u arm with central locking it will start wailing... too dark in basement anyway. esok try lagi, at least kinda confidence i can remove them bolt with same method.

i dont have access to all the fancy tools by the way....

This is a good DIY.. helps to cool down ur engine faster especially when u need cool AC on sunny day...and also if u use fiber hood it wont get hot as much as not doing this DIY..constant hot exposure will cause the paint on fiber hood become dull premature..

While seen as a Boxster with a roof, the all-new 718 Cayman is in fact much more than that. As with all previous Porsche midships, the Caymans are preferred by discerning drivers over the flashier, hairdresserish Boxster. But just like the Boxster, the new Caymans are powered by Porsche's superb turbo flat four.
