in my oppinion, please apply on where it matters, not the whole sheet of insulflex, well thts what i do
as big as CA glue big can, 800ml, and it doesnt smell as bad as CA glue

big can of 750ml, not hard like autofoam but more then able as sound insulation and strengthening
